This is the site of Denis Kataev. It sells one thing, a written automation breakdown for your business, and it also shows my work and short stories about it. This page says what the site learns about you and what happens to it.
What I collect
- The brief. Your answers about your business, your name, role, email, messenger handle and billing address, and any files you attach. It reaches me by email and as a Telegram message, and a copy with the files is kept on my server. I use it to set your price, send your invoice and prepare your report, and for nothing else.
- Free templates and my emails. If you ask for the templates, I keep your email address, when and from which page you asked, when you confirmed it, and the IP address and browser of both steps. Nothing is sent until you confirm by clicking the link in the first email. After that you get a few short emails about the guide over two weeks, then one email a week with a new template. A cookie on your device remembers that you confirmed, so the templates stay open.
- Chat with AI Denis. The chat in the corner of the site is an AI, not me. What you type there is kept on my server together with the answers, the page you wrote from, your browser and a scrambled form of your IP address, which is used only to limit how many messages one address can send. If you leave your email in the chat, it reaches me as a Telegram message with the latest messages of the conversation, so I can write back. The conversation is also saved in your own browser, so it stays with you from page to page.
- Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to see which pages are read and how the site is used. They record things like the pages you open, your device and browser, your approximate location, and how you move through a page. Yandex Metrica can also replay a visit. Both set cookies.
- Server logs. Like any web server, mine records the IP address, browser and time of each request. With a brief I also keep the IP address and country it was sent from, and to stop spam the site remembers the IP address of a sender for one day.
Payments
If you pay in USDT, the transfer is recorded on the public Tron or Ethereum blockchain, like every transfer there. If you pay by bank transfer, the banks involved see the payment details. I keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax rules require.
The theevoq app on Facebook, Instagram and Threads
There is an app called "theevoq" registered with Meta. I use it for one thing: to publish my own posts and videos to my own Facebook Page, Instagram account and Threads account.
- The app does not offer sign-in to visitors and does not collect information about other people.
- The only thing it stores is the access tokens for my own accounts. They are kept on my server.
- If you have ever connected an account to this app, removing the app in your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings deletes the token. Deletion requests sent through Meta are handled automatically. You can read how on the data deletion page.
Who else sees it
I do not sell or rent anything collected here. The data passes through the services the site and my work depend on: Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site; Hetzner, which hosts it; Google and Yandex for analytics; Anthropic, whose Claude AI writes the answers in the chat (under its commercial terms it does not train its models on them); Telegram and my email for brief messages; my own mail server, on the same machine, for the emails you asked for; and the AI software I use to help analyze briefs and draft reports. I do not show your brief, files or report to anyone else. If you are a founding client, your review and your case with the numbers are published, as you agreed.
How long it is kept
Briefs, files and our emails are kept while we work together and for as long as you may have questions about your report. Invoices are kept for as long as tax rules require. Your email address for the templates is kept until you unsubscribe; after that I keep only a note that you did, so you are not emailed again. Chat conversations are deleted after a year without new messages. Analytics data is kept for as long as Google and Yandex keep it under their own settings.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it. Reply to any email from me, or write to me. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and the site will work the same. Every weekly email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
Children
This site is not meant for children and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
